Ingredients

Vanilla Cheesecake

  • 150 g Vanilla skyr or greek yogurt
  • 8 Graham crackers or Biscoff biscuits

Base Ingredients for other 2 flavors ( For 2 servings)

  • 300 g Greek yogurt (can use non fat or full fat)
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey (adjust as per your taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract

Blueberry cheesecake

  • 150 g Plain greek yogurt (prepared base with maple syrup & vanilla extract))
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (frozen) or fresh
  • 1/4 tsp lime zest grated freshly

Coffee cheesecake

  • 1/2 tsp Instant coffee
  • 1/2 tbsp Water warm
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • 150 g Greek yogurt (prepared base with maple syrup & vanilla extract))

Instructions

Assemble the vanilla cheesecake:

  • Add vanilla yogurt or skyr to a jar and insert 8–10 graham crackers vertically.
    150 g Vanilla skyr, 8 Graham crackers

Instructions for the plain Greek yogurt:

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    300 g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • Divide the yogurt mixture into two bowls.
  • Mix instant coffee and water. Add the prepared coffee mixture to one bowl and mix well.
    1/2 tsp Instant coffee, 1/2 tbsp Water
  • Add the frozen blueberries to the second bowl and mix well.
    1/4 cup Blueberries (frozen)

Assemble the blueberry cheesecake:

  • Spoon the blueberry yogurt mixture into a jar. Add a little lime zest, insert 8–10 graham crackers vertically, and top with a little more lime zest.
    150 g Plain greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp lime zest

Assemble the coffee cheesecake:

  • Spoon a layer of coffee yogurt into a jar, add walnuts and dark chocolate, top with more yogurt, and finish with walnuts. Insert 8–10 graham crackers and top with extra dark chocolate.
    1 tbsp Walnuts, 150 g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Dark chocolate
  • Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • After chilling, the super-simple yogurt cheesecakes are ready to enjoy.

Notes

You can use vanilla Greek yogurt for all three flavors to keep things simple.
Adjust maple syrup based on sweetness preference.
Best consumed within 2 days when refrigerated.
