Ingredients

Base Ingredients
- Plain Greek yogurt
- Vanilla skyr
- Graham crackers
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
Flavor Variations
- Vanilla
- Blueberry (frozen blueberries + lime zest)
- Coffee (instant coffee, walnuts, dark chocolate)
You can use vanilla Greek yogurt for all three flavors if you prefer. In this recipe, I’ve shown one version made with vanilla yogurt and the other two made with plain Greek yogurt, so you can see that it works both ways.
For simplicity, it’s often easier to use vanilla yogurt as the base for all three recipes and adjust the sweetness by adding maple syrup according to your taste, while keeping the remaining ingredients the same.
Each serving uses 150 g (about ⅔ cup) of Greek yogurt or skyr.
How to Make Easy Viral Japanese Cheesecake (Step-by-Step)
- Choose your yogurt base.
For each flavor, you’ll need 150 g (about ⅔ cup) Greek yogurt or skyr per serving. You can use vanilla Greek yogurt for all three flavors (easiest), or use plain Greek yogurt and add maple syrup to taste. - Prepare the vanilla version (2 ingredients).
In a jar or yogurt container, add 150 g vanilla yogurt/skyr. Insert 8–10 graham crackers. (That’s it for vanilla!)

- Make the flavored base for the other two.
In a bowl, stir Greek yogurt + vanilla extract. Add maple syrup to your liking and mix until smooth. - Divide the mixture into 2 bowls.
Split the sweetened yogurt mixture evenly—one bowl for coffee, one for blueberry. - Blueberry bowl:
Add ¼ cup frozen blueberries and mix well. - Coffee bowl:
Mix ¾–1 tsp instant coffee with ½ tbsp warm water, then stir it into the second bowl until smooth. - Assemble the blueberry cheesecake.
Spoon the blueberry yogurt mixture into a jar. Add freshly grated lime zest, insert 8–10 graham crackers vertically, and top with a little more lime zest.

- Assemble the coffee cheesecake (with layers).
Spoon a layer of coffee yogurt into a jar, add walnuts and dark chocolate, top with more yogurt, then finish with walnuts. Insert 8–10 graham crackers and top with extra dark chocolate.

- Chill to set.
Cover all jars/containers and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. - Serve and enjoy.
After chilling, your super simple no-bake yogurt cheesecakes are ready to enjoy!
